Eurydice - wife of Orpheus

The last one is actually Aphrodite and Eros but I was rushing when I tagged it!
Valour is part of a larger sculpture entitled Valour & Cowardice but Cowardice came out blurry :)...

oh how LOVELY! I need to go to the museum again. These are SO gorgeous, my fave has to be pandora. I love that story.

Thanks! The Mother and Child is actually not in black and white there - I played around with changing it to black and white but it did not really make a difference. Since it was evening, the shadows were very cool!
The faces were soooo lifelike it was stunning! I love the Pandora story as well!

Those are lovely. I especially like Sunna and Valour.

Thanks - I agree - I am a total statue nut but I have never seen either one of these! Plus the light was fun since it was in the evening!
